As a MasteryPrep Instructor, youll be empowered to lead one-day Boot Camps that build students' confidence and give them the tools they need to succeed on critical standardized tests. Well provide comprehensive training and support so that you feel prepared and energized to teach each event. This role offers the chance to have a tangible impact on students' futures without requiring a full-time teacher commitment in the classroom.

Nearly 90% of low-income students graduate high school without a college-ready ACT or SAT score. MasteryPreps mission is to level the playing field in education by offering the most effective test preparation available made accessible to all students.

Requirements
* Comfortable with high school level Math and English
This position does NOT require a teaching certification
Test prep experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude
Engaging and entertaining presentation style
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively communicate with students
A passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their best possible test scores
Desire to grow and receive feedback
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with national and state standardized exams preferred
Willingness to travel locally and regionally for in-person instruction and accept work assignments during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday
Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles
Valid drivers license
Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPreps mission
Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
Benefits
This is a 1099 contract position. Pay is $50-$100/hour for in-person instruction.
