Responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Enforcing community guidelines and rules, using tact, diplomacy, and excellent communication skills. Documenting user interactions and maintaining records of incidents and issues. Providing accurate and helpful information regarding the platform's features, policies, and technical issues. Resolving any issues users might encounter, ensuring a positive user experience on the platform. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent.
