We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Shopify Data Specialist to help manage product listings, inventory accuracy, and backend data organization for multiple e-commerce clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, spreadsheets, and keeping systems clean and accurate. You will work directly with our internal team to ensure product data is correct, organized, and optimized for sales platforms.
Qualifications:
✅ Strong computer skills
✅ Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Reliable computer and internet access
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Ability to meet deadlines independently
✅ Previous data entry experience required
✅ Good verbal and written communication skills
✅ Available to start immediately
Preferred Experience:
⭐ Familiarity with fashion terms and online retail
⭐ Shopify experience
⭐ Ability to craft clear, engaging product descriptions
⭐ Able to use Chatgpt
