Position & Requirements
Flexible Hours: Full or part-time (3 to 5 days/week)
Remote Opportunity: Work from home 1/2 time (telehealth)
Licensure Required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, In-Training License or Psychologist
We are seeking independently licensed mental health professionals committed to enhancing access
and quality of care for diverse patient populations. Emphasizing the need for community needs, we
welcome providers adept at engaging with clients from varied backgrounds. Candidates should be
prepared to spend at least one day weekly in-person at their chosen office, with the flexibility to work
remotely within Wisconsin for the remainder. We prioritize applicants skilled in effective
communication strategies, those eager to contribute to a more inclusive healthcare environment, and
clinicians who will work with substance use disorders and young children.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is hourly. Average full-time therapist wages range from $70,000 to $80,000 annually
based on productivity and licensure
Psychologists are encouraged to ask about specific compensation
Weekly paid supervision and consultation
Health insurance and HSA contributions for full time employees

Very limited on-call duties outside of office hours
