Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels like phone, email, and chat.
Assist passengers with various inquiries including flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry developments to offer accurate information.
Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
