What the job is about • This is a junior position in our first line of defence • Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases • Escalating unusual activity to internal experts • Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines • Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution Requirements • Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued, but not required • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
