In this role, you will provide insights that drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize pricing and promotions, track unit economics, and build dashboards to guide decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels. We strongly value attention to detail, data cleanliness, ability to show and explain mathematical work, and clear communication.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics, and cohort analysis) to support business decisionsAnalyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify growth drivers, churn risks, and cost-saving opportunitiesConduct deep dives into metrics like acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and contribution margin by sales channel and SKUEvaluate new product launches and go-to-market strategies from a financial and data-driven perspectiveDevelop dashboards and KPIs to monitor product, channel, and customer-level profitabilityConduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actual performanceSupport monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership and investorsPresent data and findings to company leadership in a clear and concise mannerCollaborate with internal teams to create SOPs and improve existing processesPerform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field3+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)Deep experience with e-commerce sales platforms like Shopify, Amazon, ERPs, and similarPrior experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence (preferably in e-commerce, CPG, or food industry) is a plusProfessional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skillsAccess to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connectionAbility to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)Previous experience working the overnight shiftBenefitsCompetitive pay, always in US dollarsWork remotely from the comfort of your homeHealth & wellness benefitPaid holidays and time offPerformance and referral bonusesGlobal exposure to the world’s best companiesExperience RequirementsExperienced
