Position: Financial Business Systems Analyst - ERP Systems Analyst

Location: Onsite - Colwich, KS

Salary:$95,000 - $125,000 base annual salary + excellent benefits

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Spend 75% of your time on ERP project work; 25% on break/fix.
• Support D365 F&O across accounting, financial reporting, integrations, and new business units.
• Troubleshoot system issues, take user calls, and resolve tickets.
• Map business processes, document requirements, and create end‑to‑end workflows.
• Conduct data analysis and support financial systems decision‑making.
• Partner directly with end users, QA, and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to future CRM modernization (Microsoft Customer Engagement planned for 2027).

🧩 What You Bring

• 7+ years in IT systems/business analysis or systems analysis.
• 3+ years focused on ERP, financial systems, or financial reporting
• OR
• 4 years as an IT BSA + 3 years accounting experience within an ERP.
• Strong knowledge of:
• D365 F&O (most critical)
• SQL
• Azure DevOps
• Excel (advanced) and Visio
• Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power BI/Power Platform, Planner, Fabric
• Experience leading requirements sessions, process mapping, and full documentation (user guides → technical docs).
• Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical users and explain systems in plain language.

Preferred:

• Helpdesk experience
• PMP or CPA
• Spanish language skills
