Salary:$95,000 - $125,000 base annual salary + excellent benefits

đŻ What Youâll Do
- Spend 75% of your time on ERP project work; 25% on break/fix.
- Support D365 F&O across accounting, financial reporting, integrations, and new business units.
- Troubleshoot system issues, take user calls, and resolve tickets.
- Map business processes, document requirements, and create endâtoâend workflows.
- Conduct data analysis and support financial systems decisionâmaking.
- Partner directly with end users, QA, and crossâfunctional teams.
- Contribute to future CRM modernization (Microsoft Customer Engagement planned for 2027).
đ§© What You Bring
- 7+ years in IT systems/business analysis or systems analysis.
- 3+ years focused on ERP, financial systems, or financial reporting
- OR
- 4 years as an IT BSA + 3 years accounting experience within an ERP.
- Strong knowledge of:
- D365 F&O (most critical)
- SQL
- Azure DevOps
- Excel (advanced) and Visio
- Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power BI/Power Platform, Planner, Fabric
- Experience leading requirements sessions, process mapping, and full documentation (user guides â technical docs).
- Ability to communicate clearly with nonâtechnical users and explain systems in plain language.
Preferred:
- Helpdesk experience
- PMP or CPA
- Spanish language skills
