Financial Systems Administrator - Remote

We are working with a fantastic company in search of a Financial Systems Administrator. This person will serves as the primary owner and administrator of the company’s ERP and financial systems. Qualified candidates will have an extensive background in system administration and implementations for NetSuite and D365.

• Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and maintain NetSuite and/or D365 environments, including financial modules
• Maintain chart of accounts, business units, and financial structures across systems
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve processes, and optimize system functionality
• Configure workflows, approvals, custom fields, saved searches, and reports
• Evaluate system updates/releases and coordinate testing and implementation
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across ERP and integrated systems
• Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support month-end close, audit processes, and financial reporting cycles
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and performance problems
• Support data migration, ETL processes, and system interfaces
• Serve as the primary point of contact for finance system users
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience administering ERP systems (NetSuite or D365 required)
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, close cycle)
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and integrations
