Financial Strategy Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Strategy Analyst to support financial transactions and governance processes, ensuring accurate and scalable execution of financial reporting and oversight.ResponsibilitiesSupport financing and refinancing transactions, including data preparation, tracker updates, and documentation supportAssist with capital-raising execution, lender requests, and transaction-related analysesMaintain accurate transaction logs and supporting schedulesOwn day-to-day production of financial project trackers (e.g., borrowing base, equity/ESOP trackers)Prepare recurring reports and supporting analyses for management, board, and lender reportingEnsure timely updates, version control, and data integrity across all assigned projectsSupport ESOP administration activities, including grant tracking, terminations, exercises, and employee inquiriesAssist with capitalization table updates and reconciliation, under guidancePrepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits, valuations, and internal reviewsAssist with recurring and ad hoc reporting requirementsExecute against established templates and workflows with consistency and accuracyFlag data issues, inconsistencies, or execution risks early for escalationContribute to the refinement of recurring templates and trackers as processes matureSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field1β3 years of relevant experience in: Corporate banking, investment banking, consulting, or transaction advisory services OR strong internship experience in a bank or transaction-focused environment with full-time analyst exposureStrong Excel proficiency and comfort working with financial models, trackers, and transaction schedulesHigh attention to detail and strong execution discipline to manage workflowsExperience supporting: Financing or capital-raising transactionsCapital tables and equity governance processesCredit facilities, covenant tracking, or lender reportingComfort operating in high-growth environmentsBenefitsExtended health coverage, including medical, dental, and visionParticipation in Aaristaβs Employee Stock Option PlanHybrid work arrangement (one day remote per week)Paid time offCompany OverviewALTEA Healthcare is a leading healthcare organization committed to revolutionizing the delivery of outpatient/post-acute care.
