The Financial Services Representative will build and strengthen member relationships, recommend tailored financial solutions, and educate members on efficient banking methods.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs and deepen relationshipsProcess routine financial transactions for members efficiently and accurately (including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, IRA) in compliance with regulations and guidelinesProvide recommendations and assist members with a wide array of financial solutions to satisfy their spending, savings, borrowing, and investing needsEducate members to bank more efficiently using the web, mobile, and ATMProvide financial education and services to members to help them fit banking into their everyday livesProactively contact members to schedule appointments to discuss their personal financial goalsPerform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisorSkillsHigh School degree or GED requiredMinimum one year of general work experience, customer service, call center, sales or branch experience requiredStrong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, mathematical, problem solving, multitasking and computer skills, and attention to detail requiredMinimum of six months cash handling experience preferredBenefitsPaid time off for vacation, personal days, and holidaysFully-funded pension plan401(k) company contributionTeachers pays 100% Premium Coverage for Vision & Dental CareTuition reimbursement is offered to full-time employeesExclusive employee discount of 0.96% APR on credit card loans and a 1.00% APR on all other loans through TeachersFlexible hybrid schedule for eligible positionsThis position is eligible for our quarterly retail performance incentive program.
