Financial Services Consultant (Part-Time or Full-Time on a 1099 contract)
Compensation: This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position. It is uncapped, performance-based income with bonuses

As a consultant, you will provide education and guidance using insurance-based and financial solutions while building meaningful, long-term client relationships. Whether you are experienced in finance or exploring a new career path, we offer structured training, mentorship, and licensing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to understand clients’ goals and priorities
• Develop personalized financial strategies, including life insurance, retirement planning, annuities, savings strategies, and risk management
• Educate clients on financial concepts in a clear, ethical, and needs-based manner
• Support clients with asset protection and long-term financial planning
• Research market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory updates to provide informed guidance
• Build and manage your own book of business with ongoing mentorship and support
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to ensure long-term client success
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and the highest ethical standards

Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age (licensing requirement)
• U.S. Citizen, Legal Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid SSN
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (support provided)
• Ability to complete licensing requirements
• Strong communication and organization skills
