Financial Services Associate (Dental Hygienists Encouraged to Apply)

We are seeking motivated Dental Hygienists and dental professionals interested in applying their education, documentation, and client communication skills within the financial services industry.

This is not a clinical dental position. No dental or healthcare services are provided. This opportunity operates under an independent contractor model and requires state life insurance licensing prior to conducting client-facing activities. Training and licensing support are provided.

The role focuses on educating individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection strategies in a compliant and professional manner.

Duties
• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection concepts using approved materials
• Conduct structured financial needs assessments based on client goals, income, and household information
• Provide clear, compliant explanations of insurance products and coverage options
• Collect, review, and submit applications in accordance with underwriting and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and client records
• Participate in required licensing preparation and ongoing training
• Collaborate with licensed team leaders for case guidance and oversight
• Operate in accordance with state insurance regulations and ethical guidelines

Qualifications
• Active or prior experience as a Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant, or dental office professional preferred but not required
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Professional demeanor and ethical judgment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required state life insurance licensing (training provided)

Pay: $47,350.00 - $97,533.00 per year
