Responsibilities:
Ā Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Ā Process transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Ā Identify client needs and provide a range of services, including account opening, check issuance, and loan payments.
Ā Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and enhance client experiences.
Ā Develop skills and expertise to maximize cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
Ā High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred.
Ā Familiarity with banking concepts, such as debit and credit transactions, and basic accounting principles.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
Ā Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
