Responsibilities Educate seniors on financial scam and fraud prevention Assist seniors with organizing personal and financial documents, including benefits, insurance, wills, trusts, and estate materials Create and maintain a Legacy Binder to ensure families can easily locate critical information Review beneficiary designations and identify missing or outdated information Provide guidance on retirement income and required distributions to help prevent errors and penalties Assist with credit review, cleanup, and financial hygiene when necessary Support families after a senior’s passing by helping ensure required documentation is submitted correctly and financial tasks are handled appropriately Help families understand inherited obligations and ensure debts are addressed properly and fairly Serve as an advocate to help protect families from potential financial exploitation, including unfair practices by vendors or service providers Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with privacy and data-handling policies Collaborate with nonprofit partners and MKPWM advisors to ensure consistent, ongoing senior support Skills Must have ACTIVE Life and Health Insurance License Background in finance, insurance, banking, social services, or related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor when working with seniors and families Understanding of basic financial, estate, and benefits concepts (training provided) Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, non-technical manner Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and senior advocacy Company Overview Mikhael Paul Wealth Management offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to help clients preserve, grow, and transfer their wealth.
