Financial Reporting Supervisor
Grayson Search Partners has partnered with a well-established, global company headquartered in Chicago, looking for a Financial Reporting Supervisor.
This role sits within a highly visible team responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation activities, with regular exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. They bring an excellent retention rate, strong advancement, and great work/life balance.
What you’ll be involved in:
• Supporting monthly close and consolidated financial reporting
• Contributing to external reporting and regulatory filings
• Partnering across finance to analyze results and improve processes
• Assisting with technical accounting matters and ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:
• ~5+ years of experience, including public accounting (Big 4 required)
• Strong foundation in US GAAP
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting
• CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
