The Role

Addepar is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A Team! You will build and own key reporting areas to help the company measure and guide improved business execution. You will help build reports and models in Pigment. Your reporting will help guide our partners across the business to achieve company goals.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Canada.

The current range for this role is $70,000 - $88,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for supporting the close process and related reporting, including, but not limited to prepaid analysis and vendor cost reviews

Design, automate, and optimize flexible financial planning models, systems & processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business

Build dashboards and variance / operational reviews

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and optimize ROI

Who You Are

Numbers and outcome oriented mindset

Have working experience with Financial reporting tools like Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan

High attention to detail with a focus of understanding what is behind a number.

Seek out precision in models but know when to cut the significant digits

At least 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst, consulting or investment banking role

Proven expertise with Excel/Sheets; Helpful to know SQL, Looker/BI data.

Ability to develop and manage financial models independently

Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, from clerical staff to executives, and manage relationships with external parties
