Job description & Roles and responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis:
ā¢ Understands financials to provide insight and analysis to business leaders
ā¢ Perform value-added analysis on periodic results, including (but not limited to):
Talent & People Management:
ā¢ Identify learning opportunities to address perceived needs of team members
ā¢ Ensure optimal resource utilization (e.g., coverage, contingencies, effectiveness and efficiencies)
ā¢ Foster a collaborative culture based on teamwork, talent development, mentoring, and coaching
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
ā¢ Knowledge of financial systems (HANA/AO, SAP) and ServiceNow
ā¢ Experience with Tableau and or other BI analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Web Intelligence, etc.)
ā¢ Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources
ā¢ Ability to establish deliverable structure and content and review deliverables for self and others to ensure they meet client expectations and highest quality standards
ā¢ Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and ability to create as well as deliver effective presentations
ā¢ Ability to work within a virtual team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
