What You’ll Do
• Meet with individuals and families to help identify financial goals and priorities
• Educate clients on protection planning, retirement strategies, and financial concepts
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
• Develop your business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Work alongside experienced mentors while building your own practice
Who We’re Looking For
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented individuals
• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
• Coachable professionals willing to learn new skills
• Individuals comfortable working independently and remotely
• Sales, customer service, management, education, healthcare, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Individuals interested in personal and professional development
Requirements
• Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass any licensing requirements applicable to the position
