Financial Planning & Wealth Associate - Potential for Hybrid Work

The Financial Planning & Wealth Associate will support Advisors with financial planning workflows, client service, and meeting preparations, serving as a foundational role for a career in wealth management.ResponsibilitiesPromote and enhance client relationships, from the onboarding of new clients to the continued service provided for existing clients, including communication to process requests, resolve inquiries, and update key informationCommunicate professionally with clients via phone and written correspondenceServe as a reliable point of contact for client service requests, account maintenance, and follow-up coordinationSupport advisors in preparing materials for 20+ client meetings per month, delivered 3+ days in advance (agendas, reports, performance summaries, planning documents)Input financial planning data in eMoney based on advisor notes from new client meetings and client reviewsCoordinate with Advisors & Client Service team to manage scheduling, set appointments, and communicate with clients as neededReview, organize, process, and submit completed client paperwork to custodians; track requests through to completionMaintain detailed client records in Orion & Dynamix CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesSupport new client onboarding process, collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless account setup and transitionsMaintain regulatory documents for the Financial Planning & Wealth Team and Compliance DepartmentCollaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, investment, and operations teams to ensure all aspects of client accounts, financial plans, and portfolios are managed effectivelyDevelop platform expertise across key systems (eMoney, Orion, Schwab/Fidelity) with the goal of becoming a team resourceSupport insurance review tracking and application processes as neededOther projects and responsibilities as necessarySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and problem-solve in a dynamic environmentPassion for helping clients and a genuine interest in financial planning and wealth managementWillingness to learn new skills, systems, and processes1â2 years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or financial services settingExperience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, Orion) or CRM toolsSeries 65 license (or willingness to obtain within first year)Interest in pursuing CFP designation or other professional certificationsEnthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technology to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the client experienceBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug CoverageHealth Plan Reimbursement ProgramHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Comprehensive Wellness ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Life and Disability PlansLong-Term CareIdentity Theft, Group Legal, Accident, Critical Illness, Pet Insurance and many more!Low-Cost Loan Program and Student Loan ResourcesVacation, Holiday, Sick, and Personal Time OffComprehensive OnboardingContinuing EducationFlexible Work ArrangementsDress for Your Day Dress-CodeCompany OverviewHUB International is an insurance brokerage company that offers employee benefits, business, and personal insurance products and services.
