Responsibilities
• Educate families on life insurance, protection planning, and retirement-focused strategies
• Build trusted client relationships through education and service
• Learn financial concepts, planning frameworks, and product solutions through mentorship
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
• Build a client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Explore leadership opportunities for those interested in team development

• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Sales, customer-facing, or relationship-building experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided)
