Role
The Senior Manager FP&A is responsible for leading the planning and analysis finance processes. This role will be reporting into our VP, Financial Planning & Accounting and working closely with the executives to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. This role will drive long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the company and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
• Strategic planning and analysis.
• Partner with department heads to develop short- and long-term financial plans.
• Develop and present strategic insights about the business and the executive team for effective business decisions.
• Own the overall processes and tools to help stakeholders across the company forecast future headcount growth based on company and team priorities, supported by data driven analysis.
• Assesses ongoing process and lead improvements.
• Own the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting process.
• Prepare material for board of directors and investor relation activities.
• Drive improved profitability through analytics and operational relationships.
• Provide lead initiatives to enhance FP & A across the commercial organization.
• Partner with our internal Accounting team on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements.
• Assist in all aspects of the company’s forecasting and budgeting process and compare detailed KPIs vs actual performance.

Role
