Summary We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in the United States. Based in our dynamic organization in the healthcare sector, this role is vital in building strong relationships with our partners and expanding our outreach to those in need. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering impactful mental health care. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and partners. • Lead negotiations to secure new collaborations and expand existing partnerships. • Drive business development initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives. • Manage client accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services effectively. • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics. • Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and insights. • Represent Anxiety Institute at industry events and conferences. • Qualifications • Proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare or mental health sector. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Demonstrated success in business development and B2B sales. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across teams. • Excellent analysis skills for assessing market opportunities. • A passion for mental health advocacy is a plus. • Call-To-Action 'Join us in making a difference—bring your expertise to Anxiety Institute where your efforts will help transform lives through compassionate care.
