Your primary goal will be to help clients improve their relationship with money, achieve their financial goals, and develop healthy financial habits. Some of the key responsibilities include: Providing coaching advice on various financial topics, such as buying a home, saving for a wedding, planning for retirement, and navigating pension options Helping clients explore mortgage options, understand their financial situation, and develop a plan to achieve their goals Supporting clients in overcoming fears and anxieties related to money and developing a positive relationship with finances Creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to discuss their financial concerns and goals Using active listening skills to understand clients' needs and provide personalized guidance and support Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial coaching Requirements To be successful as a Financial Literacy & Wellness Coach, you will need: At least 4 years of professional experience in financial coaching or a related field, with relevant certification, license, or diploma Fluency in English, with excellent communication and active listening skills Own an iPhone, Android smartphone, or tablet, with reliable internet access Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms Registration as an Independent Contractor (preferred) Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluency in multiple languages (in addition to English) Experience with virtual coaching and online platforms Fun hobbies and side hustles that demonstrate your creativity and passion for life Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Strong active listening and empathy skills Ability to provide personalized guidance and support to clients Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and improve their relationship with money Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At TaskHuman, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our coaches.
