Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Financial Journalist.
The Financial
Journalist will be responsible for creating compelling content on financial markets, global economic trends, and business developments.
Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing financial data, writing and editing articles, interviewing industry experts, and leveraging new media platforms to engage the audience. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and delivering insights in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
• CFA charter or relevant professional certification (CMT, FRM, CIPM, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Business Journalism and a solid understanding of financial principles
• Strong writing and content-creation skills, particularly for engaging an audience in the finance sector
• Experience with new media platforms, including social media and digital content distribution
• Strong research abilities and analytical skills to interpret market trends and financial data
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Keen interest in global finance, markets, and business developments
