Financial Controller & Profitability Analyst Needed

We are looking for a part-time Financial Controller to support our company with weekly accounting and financial analysis. This role combines hands-on accounting work with business-focused financial analysis. We are not looking for a basic bookkeeper. We need someone who can clearly analyze costs, revenues, margins, and profitability, and provide insights that help management make better decisions. Key Responsibilities • Weekly accounting of income and expenses • Expense categorization and cost structure analysis • Profitability analysis by business unit / project • Margin and net profitability tracking • Monthly cost evolution and percentage growth analysis • Identification of areas to optimize costs or increase investment • Financial KPIs, ratios, and trend analysis • Basic forecasting and financial projections • Clear, concise reporting with actionable insights Requirements • Proven experience as Financial Controller, Finance Analyst, or similar role • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial analysis • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills • Ability to translate numbers into business recommendations • Proactive and structured mindset ⚠️ If your experience is limited to bookkeeping or data entry, this role is not a fit.
