Financial Analyst – Remote (Local to St. Louis)

TempToFT About the Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support a growing executive advisory firm based in the St. Louis area. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients across multiple industries. The position starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the firm expands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a consulting-style environment. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain financial models and reports. • Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed forecasts. • Support budgeting, planning, and performance tracking. • Conduct financial and operational analysis across multiple industries. • Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings. • Communicate results clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Participate in in-person client meetings within the St. Louis area. • Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate varying client needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus). • 3+ years of financial analysis or consulting experience. • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Must be local to the St. Louis area and available for occasional in-person meetings. • Must have own computer, Excel, and necessary tools. • Flexibility with scheduling is required.
