This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll work directly with multiple finance teams and senior leadership, including the VP of Finance, helping shape data-driven strategies across the organization.
This role provides strong exposure, meaningful impact, and clear opportunities for long-term growth.

You’ll sit at the intersection of finance and operations, helping leaders understand financial performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions that improve outcomes across the system.
This is an excellent fit for a mid-level analyst ready to move beyond standard reporting into a more strategic, business-facing role.

• Develop and maintain reporting related to revenue, AR, and month-end activities
• Ensure financial accuracy through reconciliations and compliance with internal controls and deadlines
• Capture and report on KPIs including payment trends, denials, reimbursement activity, and operational performance
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Support special projects and initiatives that improve financial visibility and performance
• Act as a trusted resource for financial reporting and analysis across departments
• High exposure to senior finance leadership and decision-makers
• Opportunity to make a measurable impact on financial performance
• Collaborative environment focused on growth, learning, and mentorship
• Strong long-term career development within a stable and expanding healthcare organization

Ideal Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or comparable healthcare financial analysis experience)
• Experience with financial reporting, revenue analytics, and variance analysis
• Understanding of healthcare finance concepts such as reimbursement, reserves, denials, AR, and net revenue
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, trending analysis)
• Exposure to tools such as PeopleSoft General Ledger, EPIC patient accounting, or Kodiak RCA is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys continuous learning and improvement

This is an opportunity to join a successful organization where finance plays a strategic role in driving performance and supporting long-term growth. You’ll be part of a team that values analytical thinking, initiative, and partnership — with room to expand your responsibilities and advance your career.
