We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles. Ā Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations - learning the business from start to finish.
Ā Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations of cost-saving measures.
Ā Build and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders.
Ā Analyze data from multiple sources and compile it into dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analyses as needed to validate and support business decisions.
Ā Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts).
Experience:
Ā 2 year college degree required
Ā 4 year degree a plus (Finance and Accounting concentration)
Ā Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis role
Ā Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.)
Ā Ability to conduct quantitative research and interpret financial data accurately
Preferred Skills:
Ā Highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills.
Ā Attention to detail and accuracy - do you thrive on deadlines?
Ā Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
