The Team Lead of Benefits Consulting is responsible for guiding a team of benefits consultants, directing them in delivering effective benefits solutions to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, providing strategic direction, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business development efforts to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.

Your Impact
• Supervise and mentor a team of benefits consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Assess client needs and industry trends to develop tailored benefits strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices in benefits administration.
• Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize benefits programs that enhance employee engagement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for expanding services.

Successful Candidate Will Have
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in benefits consulting or management, with a solid understanding of benefits strategy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $109,400 - $175,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range:
109400 - 175000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
