Financial Analyst - Culinary Operations
Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support Sur La Tables Culinary Operations business.
This position plays a critical role in providing financial analysis and decision-making support to our senior leadership team.
The Finance Analyst will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive profitable growth and contribute to the success of our store operations, while also supporting other areas of the business as needed.
This role reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Requirements:
A problem-solver with a curiosity to understand the connections between business activities and financial outcomes.
A strong communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts and present them to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools like MicroStrategy, Access, Vena (FP&A) with the ability to analyze and report on financial data.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on achieving results and continuously improving processes.
Experienced in FP&A (2+ years) with strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
