Financial Analyst (Business/Corporate Development)

Responsibilities Evaluate potential M&A transactions, De Novo childcare center openings, and other strategic growth initiatives Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation analyses and scenario modeling specific to childcare center performance (e.g., enrollment, tuition rates, staffing ratios, and occupancy trends) Conduct market research and competitive analysis across local childcare markets, including supply/demand dynamics, demographic trends, and regulatory considerations Support all aspects of the due diligence process, including in-depth analysis of financial, licensing, and operational data for childcare providers Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations throughout the deal lifecycle (from sourcing through integration planning) Assist in the development of board-level materials outlining strategic priorities, including expansion into new geographies and optimization of existing childcare centers Develop and maintain internal tracking tools for pipeline management, deal activity, and performance of acquired and newly developed centers Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, education, and licensing teams to support transaction execution and successful integration Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience will be considered) Strong analytical mindset Interest in growth strategy and finance Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or a related field Benefits Competitive Pay Annual Bonus Generous Benefits Package, including Dental, Medical, and Vision Insurance 401k with Match Professional Development Opportunities Fun and Positive Place to Work Open Door Policy Company Overview Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a education management organization.
