Job Summary: As a Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for forecasting and reporting merchant discount revenue, creating scorecards, and driving standardization and process improvement across regional pricing groups. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives, drive sales and revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Canada forecast for merchant discount revenue and track monthly performance against forecast
Develop merchant discount revenue scorecards for the Canada region
Drive standardization and process improvement across regional pricing groups
Support external audits and perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess discount price trends and uncover insights
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in financial services or payments industry, and/or other finance-related roles
Bachelor's degree required; strongly preferred in finance, accounting, or business
High skill level with Excel and programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with ability to influence others and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
