Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and operations functions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and support strategic financial initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with key to establish financial targets and key performance indicators Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for NOI improvement Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making across various functional areas Support month-end close by partnering with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals Prepare and distribute management reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive-ready commentary Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects assigned, leveraging data analysis and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience 1+ years of professional work experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or similar Strong understanding of financial models with ability to own and maintain operating asset models Dynamic with an ability to take ownership of complex and high-impact responsibilities Collaborative with a positive attitude Driven and self-motivated Detail oriented with outstanding written, technical and communication skills Results oriented with a track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives Advanced Excel skills Background in FP&A with data visualization experience preferred Prior experience in a private equity portfolio company preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K program Flexible spending accounts Cell phone subsidy Company Overview STACK Infrastructure provides digital infrastructure solutions, focusing on data centers, colocation, and build-to-suit projects.
