They are seeking a Financial Analyst to leverage analytical expertise in forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic financial initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, variances, and improvement opportunitiesPrepare monthly performance reporting packages, including P&L results, dashboards, variance analysis, and executive insightsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and longârange planning by reconciling results and recommending corrective actionsBuild and enhance financial models and maintain automated reporting tools using Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot), SQL, and Power BIDevelop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and data models to ensure accurate and consistent reporting across the organizationPartner with Sales, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Pharmacy teams on pricing models, margin analysis, vendor programs, and profitabilityIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, automate workflows, and strengthen data reliabilityMaintain customer performance reporting, support financial monitoring, assist with inventory reconciliation, and contribute to key projects as assignedMust adhere to Clarestâs Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance OfficerSkillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent and 1-3 years of financial/business experience requiredAdvanced MS Excel skills and ability to effectively organize large data files requiredStrong analytical and problemâsolving abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify meaningful insightsClear and effective communication skills for presenting information to both technical and nonâtechnical audiencesAbility to collaborate and build relationships across teams in a crossâfunctional environmentHigh attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in analysis, reporting, and documentationStrong organizational and timeâmanagement skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesAdaptability and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes, efficiency, and data qualityAbility to lift and/or move up to 25 lbsKnowledge of a broad range of other technologies (e.g. SQL, Power BI/Tableau, NetSuite, claims/ERP data experience, Python.)Company OverviewClarest Health provides medication management software solutions for patients in senior living facilities and homes for healthier lives.
