- Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify emerging risks
- Analyze loan portfolios for usage, delinquency, charge-offs, and ROI of reward programs
- Conduct independent research and provide investment recommendations and credit ratings
- Deliver reports to senior leaders, interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations
- Evaluate secondary market pricing and support pricing strategy development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial credit analysis or financial modeling
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's of Business Administration
- Demonstrated leadership in model development
- Familiarity with financial models such as CECL, ALM, and capital planning
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in the financial services industry
