This role will use financial acumen to support decision making to drive results in a rapidly evolving environment. The position will also be heavily involved in the annual budgeting process & other forecast requests and aid in automating reporting, analytics, and other processes. This is a hybrid remote/on-site role.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support Operations Finance Team with reporting/analytics e.g., Treatment Volume & Expense Variance Analysis, Denovo performance, Labor Analysis (Productivity, Cost per Treatment, etc.), JV performance, and other key KPIs. Support Ops & other cross-functional leaders with ad hoc analysis/requests to help better understand business performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with Ops Finance team; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
