Financial Analysis Specialist
Alignerr partners experienced finance professionals with leading AI labs to improve the reasoning and accuracy of next-generation AI systems. As a Financial Analysis Specialist, you’ll apply real-world judgment to review AI-generated financial outputs, evaluate logic quality, and provide clear corrections that help models better understand markets, valuation, risk, and strategic decision-making. You won’t create content from scratch—your role is expert evaluation, context, and insight. Responsibilities Review and assess AI-generated financial reasoning Identify errors, missing context, and flawed assumptions Provide concise, structured corrections and explanations Follow detailed rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations Maintain accuracy, objectivity, and attention to detail Requirements 2+ years as a Financial Analyst or similar finance role Strong written communication and ability to explain financial logic High attention to detail; comfort with structured review work Ability to work independently and meet quality standards No prior AI experience needed $40 - $110 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
