What Youβll Do:
β’ Educate individuals, families, and small businesses on personal finance, retirement planning, and insurance
β’ Help clients with investments, debt management, and financial protection solutions
β’ Build a client base through marketing, networking, referrals, and social media
β’ Obtain state and federal licenses in insurance, investments, and mortgages (we provide training)
β’ Optionally build and lead a team of licensed financial professionals
β’ Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and weekly training

Important Notes:
This is a primarily commission-based role with significant long-term income potential. Earnings are directly tied to effort and itβs best suited for individuals looking to build a business in financial services with mentorship and flexibility. Obtaining licensing is required if not already licensed. Close mentorship and guidance is provided through training and licensing process.
β’ Due to licensing required both at the State and Federal level, all candidates must be a resident of the United States and be able to pass a background check.
