β’ Exemplify leadership in the community through active involvement and engagement.
β’ Drive the growth of the local office by recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives.
β’ Build and nurture a high-performing team to contribute to the success of Modern Woodmen.
Requirements
β’ Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate/obtain)
β’ SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 63, 24 (required to obtain if not active)
β’ Strong community connection
β’ Leadership skills and effective communication ability
β’ Strong background in a client facing role, business development or customer service
