Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a top fashion company, is adding a Finance Treasury Cash Manager to their team in Holmdel, NJ. This position is hybrid with 1 day remote.Duties include:
• Cash Management
• Forecasts
• Credit Agreement Management
• AP Oversight
• Standard Operating Procedures
• Banking - Payments and approvals
• Vendor Escalations
• Offshore services management
• Support M-E close
• Balance Sheet Recs
• Accruals
• AP Data Integrity
• Variance Analysis
• Audit support and preparedness
• Financial Controls and Safeguarding
• Documenting of Procedures
• Regulatory & Banking Compliance
• Supervise employee(s) domestic/offshore
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting/finance/cash management/AP Management
• Leadership experience
• Merchandising Systems
• SAP, Oracle, and SAP
• Cash management and banking experience
• Executive communication
• CPA/MBA a plus
• Retail/Wholesale a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
