The team culture promotes ownership, learning, and continuous development.About the RoleThis is a high-impact, business-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to drive decision-making and improve business performance. The role suits someone who enjoys translating data into actionable insights, influencing non-finance teams, and playing a key role in shaping strategy and resource allocation.The position is based in our London headquarters, with a hybrid model requiring at least three days a week in the office.What You’ll Be DoingPartnering with business teams to assess performance, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-makingDeveloping and scaling strategic frameworks, tools, and financial models to support commercial initiativesEnabling teams to understand the financial implications of their decisions through tailored analysis and scenario planningCreating self-serve tools to empower teams to make investment decisions with confidenceLeading forecasting and planning processesCollaborating across Finance and other teams to deliver company-wide initiatives that align strategy with executionRequirementsACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, with at least 4 years of post-qualified experienceExperience in a high-growth environment such as a startup or scale-up preferable.
