Finance Manager
Provides financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical and decision support to the company’s field operations. The position will support senior operations management including members of the senior management team from a financial perspective. Responsibilities will also include pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis of operations. What you get to do: Provide analytical support and leadership to operating business leader Analyze monthly results to identify key growth drivers and trends, track actual results vs. budget Monitor and report on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budget plan Provide pricing analysis on new and current customers Be financial conscience for operating business What you need to bring: B.S. preferred, majors in Finance and/or Accounting highly advantageous CPA, MBA or Financial certification a plus Seven plus year’s general business and financial experience, including minimum 3 years financial planning and analysis Prefer public company experience Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills interacting with senior management as well as operating group Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks This job posting is open for 4 weeks.
