From our founding in 2017 as a family business to our recent $74 million growth capital raise from Mainsail Partners in October 2024, we're rapidly scaling our finance operations and need a talented professional to help drive this expansion.Why This Role:Comprehensive SaaS Expertise: Deep exposure to subscription accounting, ASC 606, and SaaS metricsExecutive Partnership: Direct collaboration with Controller, Director of FP&A, VP of FinanceSystems Ownership: Path to owning ERP, billing platforms, and financial systemsHigh-Impact Environment: Shape critical processes in a well-funded, rapidly scaling businessYouâll gain Immediate Impact in shaping critical financial processes ⢠Industry Expertise in highly valued SaaS/technology finance ⢠Leadership Development through strategic initiatives and process ownership ⢠Career Acceleration with clear path to senior finance roles ⢠a Professional Network with access to finance and technology leadersKey Responsibilities:Finance Operations & Systems:Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesSupport and progressively take ownership of ASC 606 revenue recognition and subscription accountingImplement and optimize enterprise finance software (NetSuite, Bill.com, CRM, SaaS billing platforms) with path to financial systems ownershipPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations on key business initiativesCompliance & Controls Leadership:Assist with coordination of audit and tax processes, managing external audit and tax relationshipsDesign and implement robust internal controls over financial reportingWork directly with Controller on compliance with sales & use tax, franchise tax, and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and proceduresFinancial Reporting & Analysis:Prepare comprehensive financial packages and provide analytical insights to senior leadershipDevelop business analysis that supports key decisions and growth initiativesAssist Director of FP&A with budgeting and forecastingCollaborate with RevOps on incentive compensationTreasury & Process Improvement:Optimize accounts payable and receivable processes, payment systems, and collections managementSupport banking relationships and treasury functionsLead special projects and strategic initiatives as assignedRequirements:CPA with accounting firm experience plus 1+ years industry experience, preferably in SaaS/technology or high-growth environmentsExperienced in US GAAP (ASC 606 knowledge a bonus),Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise financial systems (ERP, CRM, billing platforms), reporting, and complianceAdvanced Excel skills, financial modelingDemonstrated strategic mindset, growth orientation, and process optimizationStrong attention to detail and communication skillsComfort with AI and able to display applicable usages across the finance organizationDon't Meet Every Requirement?
