Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! This role is critical in structuring deals, securing financing approvals, and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✠Maximize profitability by structuring deals effectively
✠Submit deals to lenders and secure prompt approvals
✠Close deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience
✠Prepare complete and accurate deal packages with proper documentation
✠Ensure timely funding of all contracts
✠Follow company policies and compliance regulations in all financing processes
🔹 Qualifications:
âœ”ï¸ Experience in Marine, RV or Automotive F&I management preferred
âœ”ï¸ Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes
âœ”ï¸ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
