About the Role & Program:
We are excited to welcome you DTC Content Finance! This team is responsible for maintaining the annual and long-term content budget. Our intern will focus on the licensed content portfolio for the Hulu platform. This role is a full-time, three-month position, based in Santa Monica, CA from May/June - August 2026.
What You Will Do:
ā¢ Shadow team lead on P&L planning, budget, and variance analysis for the licensed film vertical
ā¢ Assist in financial modeling scenarios for new licensing opportunities
ā¢ Lead a summer project focused on analyzing historical trends with current industry patterns to highlight insightful analyses for Hulu stakeholders
ā¢ Ad hoc requests and reporting for your team
Required Qualifications & Skills:
ā¢ Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing environment and work situation
ā¢ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
ā¢ Collaborative mindset combined with ability to work independently
ā¢ Ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data
ā¢ Strong written and oral communication skills
ā¢ Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
ā¢ Data analytics mindset with experience using data visualization (i.e. Tableau) and business intelligence tools
Education:
ā¢ Junior or Senior Year Preferred
ā¢ Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
ā¢ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
ā¢ Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
ā¢ Be at least 18 years of age
ā¢ Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
ā¢ Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship, May-June - August 2026
ā¢ Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Santa Monica, CA area
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
