? Candidates must already have valid US work authorization and not require sponsorship.
Intern Projects ? Finance
? Revenue Recovery Opportunity Analysis ? MIA ACS
? Identify revenue leakage and potential recovery opportunities.
? Assess billing and collection inefficiencies.
? Develop strategies to enhance revenue recovery and minimize financial loss.
? Vendor Management Optimization ? MIA / ATL
? Review top vendors with overdue invoices.
? Implement a cleanup strategy to eliminate unexpected costs.
? Strengthen P&L control by improving payment workflows and vendor accountability.
? Financial Reporting Automation
? Develop an automated solution for monthly financial reports.
? Minimize closing errors and optimize processing time.
? Standardize reporting to eliminate redundant efforts and improve efficiency.
? Operational Resource Allocation Calculator Automation
? Design an automated financial calculator to optimize resource allocation across HUB operations.
? Ensure a balanced distribution of financial and operational resources.
? Improve decision-making by integrating real-time data for better forecasting and planning.
Qualifications:
? Recent graduate or in the process of graduating with a BA/BS in Business, Accounting or Finance.
? Bilingual English and Spanish.
? Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including excel.
? Strong attention to detail, analytical and accurate.
? Good communication and team working skills.
