This role provides hands-on exposure to general accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls while developing practical skills in a professional business environment.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice review, data entry, and filingSupport payroll, expense reports, and reconciliations as assignedHelp prepare and maintain journal entries, schedules, and account reconciliationsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesOrganize and maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policiesSupport audits by gathering requested documentation and schedulesPerform basic financial analysis and reporting using Excel or accounting softwareCollaborate with accounting and finance team members on special projectsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee informationPerform other duties as assignedCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalismStrong written and verbal communication skillsPay Range:-We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
