We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.Job descriptionExodigo Inc. is seeking a finance or accounting professional with around 4 years of experience who thrives in dynamic, tech-driven environments and is ready to take on broader responsibilities in a high-impact, growth-stage company. You’ll work closely with our CFO and finance team to support key financial processes, including payroll, procurement, and accounts receivable. You’ll also collaborate with legal and operations teams to support project implementations and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This role is fully remote and offers hands-on experience in a transformative, mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and statements to support business decisions.Run payroll processes using third-party systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.Support day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including procurement and accounts receivable.Collaborate cross-functionally with legal and operations teams to support contract execution, project implementations, and compliance initiatives.Assist in maintaining compliance with FAR and other regulatory requirements for government-related projects.Contribute to tax compliance efforts, including sales tax filings and regulatory reporting.Participate in process improvement initiatives using tools like NetSuite and BI platforms.Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions.Requirements3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Start-up working environment.Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).Experience supporting system implementations.Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.Exposure to FAR and government procurement processes is a strong plus.Experience supporting financial aspects of projects and cross-functional teams.Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and compliance with government regulations (e.g., FAR) is highly desirable.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 Learn moreNoneOriginally posted on Himalayas
