Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will support financial planning, reporting, and analytics to help eSentire operate more effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various teams.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial transactions and provide variance analysis vs. forecast and budgetAssist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning using Adaptive InsightsDevelop actionable financial reports and dashboards for leadership and operational teamsSupport the annual budget planning process and monitor budget complianceApprove purchase requisitions and surface financial risks and opportunitiesRecommend improvements to financial and operational reportingBuild reports from single or multiple systems and ensure data accuracyLeverage AI-enabled reporting and analytics tools to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-makingLiaise with internal stakeholders to improve transactional processes and reporting clarityTrain end users on dashboards and reporting toolsSupport leadership and cross-functional teams with special projectsSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related disciplineActively pursuing CPA designation or other relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level I candidate, MBA with finance focus)1–3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related finance roles, ideally within a growing or tech-oriented environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingSolid business acumen, attention to detail, and eagerness to learnFamiliarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, and Power BI is an assetExperience with Adaptive Insights or budget planning softwareExperience with SaaS and technology organizationsMicrosoft Excel skillsBenefitsComprehensive health benefitsFlexible vacation planCompany OvervieweSentire provides Managed Risk, Managed Detection and Response and Incident Response services.
